organic local sustainable gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-freeGraces 5 is more than a restaurant, it is a health hub for the community. We think of it like an open source restaurant. We are building an extensive partnership network with a variety of local businesses. One focus is building a network of local doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists, nutritionists, fitness trainers and other health related businesses to provide a list of resources for our diners as well as working with these businesses to meet the dietary needs of their clients. We are working with this health network to develop a detox program with oversight by local health providers. We want to be a restaurant that health providers can safely refer their clients to as a safe place to eat healthy.

Benefit Nights

Health focused charities are encouraged to hold a benefit night at the restaurant - supporters will enjoy a great meal and a portion of their bill will be donated to the charity. Starting with the winter menu we're holding a recipe contest and look forward to publishing a Graces 5 cookbook with a combination of our recipes and yours. We can help you find the right water ionizer or juicer for your home and are recruiting a pantry team to clean out the Coco Pebbles and replace them with healthy options.

Graces 5 would like to be a home away from home where you come to eat and to learn about living a healthy lifestyle everyday.
